1. 技术咨询与解决方案设计 Technical Consultation and Solution Design
深入理解客户项目需求基于公司产品线进行技术选型方案设计和产品定制化建议 Gain an in-depth understanding of client project requirements; provide technical selection solution design and customized product recommendations based on the companys product lines.
审核客户技术规格书确保公司产品合规并准备详尽的技术澄清和差异说明 Review client technical specifications to ensure company products comply with standards and prepare detailed technical clarifications and deviation explanations.
清晰地把客户技术要求传达给技术部门并会同技术部门一起研究确定有竞争力的技术方案 Clearly communicate client technical requirements to the technical department and collaborate with them to develop competitive technical solutions.
为大型项目投标提供核心技术方案支持 Provide core technical solution support for major project bids

2. 技术问题解决与支持 Technical Issue Resolution and Support
快速响应并处理客户提出的复杂技术问题协同技术部和质量部提供远程或现场故障诊断根因分析及解决方案 Respond promptly and address complex technical issues raised by clients; collaborate with the technical and quality departments to provide remote or on-site troubleshooting root cause analysis and solutions.
对于现场产品应用问题质量异议等协调内部资源生产质量研发部门制定纠正与预防措施 For on-site product application issues and quality disputes coordinate internal resources (production quality R&D departments) to develop corrective and preventive measures.

3. 销售团队赋能与技术推动 Sales Team Enablement and Technical Promotion
为销售团队提供持续的产品知识应用知识及竞争对手产品分析培训提升团队整体技术能力 Provide continuous training to the sales team on product knowledge application expertise and competitor product analysis to enhance the teams overall technical capabilities.
陪同销售人员进行重要客户的技术拜访进行技术宣讲和产品演示以专业能力赢得客户信任 Accompany sales representatives on technical visits to key clients conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations and build client trust through professional expertise.
将一线市场技术趋势客户痛点及竞争对手动态反馈给销售部门与研发部门 促进新产品开发与现有产品改进 Provide feedback on market trends client pain points and competitor dynamics to the sales and R&D departments to facilitate new product development and improvements to existing products.

4. 技术营销与客户关系深化 Technical Marketing and Customer Relationship Development
主导准备和组织针对客户的技术研讨会产品发布会和技术培训会 Lead the preparation and organization of technical workshops product launches and training sessions for clients.
编写和审核针对油气行业的技术资料应用案例等营销资料 Develop and review technical materials application cases and other marketing collateral tailored to the oil and gas industry.
与关键客户的技术决策者建立并维护牢固的技术信任关系 Establish and maintain strong technical trust relationships with key technical decision-makers at client organizations.

5. 合规与标准 Compliance and Standards
精通并跟踪与中国及全球油气行业相关的电线电缆标准确保所有推荐方案符合最新标准和规范 Maintain expertise in and stay updated on wire and cable standards relevant to the oil and gas industry in China and globally; ensure all recommended solutions comply with the latest standards and regulations.
支持客户和第三方的产品认证与审核工作 Support product certification and audit processes for clients and third parties.

Who we are looking for

Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Polymer Materials Cable Technology and Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields and 5 years as technical support/sales for cables;
本科及以上学历电气工程高分子材料电缆技术与工程机械工程或相关工科专业;电缆技术支持/销售5年工作经验

Familiar with key players their products certificates technical strength and weakness etc.
熟悉行业主要参与者的产品证书技术优势及劣势

Familiar with OGP industry rules and practices; Background in dealing with EPC contractors system OEM/shipyard/module manufacturer especially for international projects
熟悉油气化工行业规则及习惯有与承包商系统OEM/船厂/模块厂打交道经验

知识与技能
产品知识了解电力电缆 仪控电缆海上平台用深水电缆耐火/阻燃电缆特种电缆等的设计制造测试和应用
行业知识熟悉油气行业项目流程技术规格要求和主要参与者
问题解决能力出色的分析问题和解决复杂技术问题的能力
沟通能力中英文口头和书面沟通能力能够清晰自信地向不同层次的听众从现场工程师到高管解释复杂的技术概念
客户导向强烈的客户服务意识能够建立稳固的客户关系

Knowledge and Skills:
Product Knowledge: Understanding of the design manufacturing testing and application of power cables instrument and control cables deep-water cables for offshore platforms fire-resistant/flame-retardant cables and special cables.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project processes technical specification requirements and key players in the oil and gas industry.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and complex technical issue resolution capabilities.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English; ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences from field engineers to executives.
Customer Orientation: Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build solid client relationships.
Collaboration Skills: Team player with the ability to work efficiently in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
