• Load and unload materials and equipment and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.
• Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).
• Help with cleanup after floods fires and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.
• Assist with simple temporary repairs like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.
• Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.
• Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.

• Good predictable hourly pay with the chance to earn more as you gain skills and certifications.

• IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offered (company paid).

• Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Can lift up to 75 lbs. and stay on your feet most of the day.
• Are 21 years or older and can pass a pre-employment drug test background check and have a clean driving record
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.

• Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
• Constantly positions self to move about job sites; stairs walkways roofs crawl spaces
• Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
• Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
