What Youll be Doing:
- Manage Service Advisors and Technicians
- Ensure all Service accounting is accurate and complete
- Ensure all service employees are up to date and follow all Toyota and Hubler guidelines
- Growing and Leading a Team

What youll need:
- 2 years min Management experience in a service shop is necessary
- Previous Toyota experience preferred but not necessary
- Leadership and dedication to your Service Department
- Attention to detail is a must
- Customer oriented and able to communicate well with both staff and customers
- Familiar with handling Factory Warranty Claims
