What you can expect
The Analyst position offers candidates with 1-2 years of experience the chance to build their analytical skills and expand their knowledge of private capital investments and the broader capital markets in the three-year Analyst program.
In this position Analysts support PGIM Private Credit in pricing purchasing and managing private placement senior and mezzanine Private Credits issuers range from large multi-national public companies to smaller privately held companies.
What you will do
Monitor market and industry asset pricing levels.
Participate in setting rates for new and secondary purchases.
Maintain and construct pricing models.
Interface with regional investment teams daily to assist with asset pricing and structuring.
Collect and share market data and maintain databases of market data.
Prepare management reports.
Manage execution of currency swaps.
Collaborate with internal operations and systems teams to execute on and manage projects especially systems enhancements.
Keep teams informed of changing market conditions.
What you will bring
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field required.
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in financial services.
A desire to engage in collaboration and problem solving across varying topics and with various counterparties.
Interest in finance and investing.

Robust multi-tasking skills and the ability to succeed in balancing short and long term deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a team player.
Working knowledge of fixed income markets macroeconomic trends and key economic indicators is a plus.

Note: Prudential is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $85000 to $95000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
