Job Summary

In this role you will support attorneys in managing private lending transactions from file opening through closing. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents coordinating with clients and third parties conducting legal research and ensuring transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume transactional environment while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of legal procedures and legal document preparation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research and document review
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven fast-paced environment
Familiarity with real estate transactions and multi-state regulatory requirements is required
