Emergency Recovery Coordinator
$75000 - $100000 per year!

- Be the first responder from our team after fires floods and disasters.
- Quickly assess damage and the clients needs offering support and direction.
- Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients.
- Help people begin the restoration process with clarity urgency and care.
- Be available during off-hoursbecause disasters dont follow a 95 schedule.
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Drivers license and satisfactory driving record required
- Relevant experience
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time

- Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
- Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
- Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
- Support the office and company in their organizational mission vision and values
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration military fire services EMS police medical responder dispatching of emergency responders construction insurance
- 2 years experience in an outside sales role
- Self-motivated to get results
- Loves working people in need of assistance
- Is organized but flexible
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication skills
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Servants heart to take care of others
- The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Frequently required to use personal protective equipment having the ability to stand or walk occasionally bending squatting climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds
