Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) Up to 28000
Children at this nursery spend their days exploring bright engaging playrooms and a large outdoor space designed for active learning. As a Nursery Room Leader youll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room leading practice guiding colleagues and ensuring consistent EYFS delivery. The setting is purpose-built well established and rated Good by Ofsted.
Before You Apply
- This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or a senior Nursery Practitioner with room-level responsibility.
- Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading practice within a nursery room.

- Salary: Up to 28000 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent

What Youll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
- Plan deliver and review EYFS activities in line with childrens interests
- Support and guide practitioners working within your room
- Monitor observations assessments and record keeping
- Maintain safeguarding health and safety standards
- Build positive working relationships with parents and carers
- Work closely with senior staff to ensure consistency across the nursery
What Youll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Recent experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS
- Confidence leading practice and supporting staff within a room
- Ability to maintain high standards across care learning and compliance
