About the role
How we work: We act as the 3rd Co-founder. We find unique ideas we recruit top-tier Founders to lead them and we help them sprint from Day 0 to Series A.
This role fuses the strategic sophistication of venture capital - market analysis thesis generation and access to elite networks - with the hands-on thrill of the zero-to-one journey. You wont just pick the winners; youll work alongside founders to build them.
The Mission:
You will work directly with Louise and Raphaël on :
1. Strategy & validation: Youll help us go from zero to conviction. You will deconstruct market opportunities map the competitive terrain and interface with business leaders to turn a simple spark into a scalable blueprint.
2. Launching new ventures: With the Studio team youll assemble top teams and support them in finding the first customers / design Partner
3. Supporting our Portfolio: Act as a GTM SWAT Team for our live startups helping their founders solve their most critical early-stage blocks (Sales Ops Product).
This is not a standard internship. It is a masterclass in entrepreneurship. Youll get the opportunity to learn from top entrepreneurs and see what really moves the needle during the very first weeks of ambitious companies.
P.S. We view this internship as a launchpad. For exceptional performers this role is designed as a potential fast-track to a full-time position within or one of our newly created ventures or the studio.
Your responsibilities
You will operate at the Studio Level working on 2-3 companies at a time.
1. New Ventures
Ideation & Validation: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to decide which ideas we should launch next (Market sizing competitor mapping customer interviews).
Founder Scouting: Help us identify and hunt the future CEOs and CTOs of our next startups.
Investment Committee: Help craft the narrative and build pitch decks to convince the Hexa partners to fund our new projects.
2. Portfolio Support
GTM Execution: Work alongside our Founders to set up their initial sales engines (Outbound campaigns CRM setup Lead scraping).
Operational SWAT: A Founder is drowning in admin or operations You jump in fix the process automate it and hand it back.
Studio Ops: Help Louise build the Studio Machine - creating the playbooks and tools that allow us to launch startups faster and better.
