Key Responsibilities:- Provideadministrative supportto operations sales collections and finance teams.
- Manageoffice operations documentation and record-keeping ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinateschedules meetings and travel arrangementsfor senior management and team members.
- Preparereports presentations and dashboardsas required by management.
- Supportonboarding HR coordination and employee record maintenance.
- Ensureproper filing archiving and retrievalof operational documents and records.
- Coordinate withvendors service providers and partnersfor administrative needs.
- Assist inprocess improvements and workflow optimizationsacross departments.
- Maintain adherence tocompany policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles preferably indevice finance consumer lending or fintech operations.
- Experience inHome Credit Salmon Billease PayJoy or similar companiesis highly desirable.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite Google Workspace and office management tools.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and coordination skills.
