Aircon Technical Designer & Systems Specialist
Up to Php 50000/month negotiable Aligned with AU Business Hours Long-Term Remote Role

What Youll Be Owning
This is a core technical and operational role covering system design ERP integration and technical accuracy. You are not just drawing layouts; you are ensuring designs translate into error-free quoting picking and delivery.
Youll take the lead on:
- System Design & Drafting: Creating ducted air-conditioning layouts using PlanDroid and approved tools.
- Technical Take-Offs: Producing accurate parts lists specifications and BOMs.
- ERP Integration: Ensuring designs flow correctly into the Odoo system.
- Spare Parts Interpretation: Reviewing technical documentation and identifying correct components.
- Quoting Support: Assisting with technical inputs for customer quotations.
- Data Accuracy: Maintaining correct part numbers measurements and specifications.
- Content Management: Uploading and maintaining product and technical data.
- Process Documentation: Recording training and workflow guides.
- Operational Support: Helping improve system efficiency and reduce rework.
How the Workflow Actually Works
- Task Management: Design and technical tasks are managed inside the ERP system and internal workflows.
- Primary Systems: PlanDroid Odoo ERP Outlook AutoCAD or similar design platforms and internal catalog systems.
- Documentation: Screen-recorded guides and structured onboarding materials.
- Accountability: You are trusted to manage your workload and deliver accurate outputs. Reliability is expected; consistency is required.
Requirements

- Are Technically Grounded: You have real experience in HVAC installation servicing or technical support.
- Are System-Oriented: You are comfortable working inside structured ERP and design platforms.
- Are Detail-Driven: You consistently produce accurate designs and documentation.
- Have 24 years of relevant HVAC or technical drafting experience.
- Are High-Accountability: You communicate issues early meet deadlines and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with overseas stakeholders.
Hours Pay and Stability
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
- Fixed Schedule: Aligned with Australian business hours.
- Competitive Compensation: Up to Php 50000 per month.
