Job Summary

The Joint Chiropractic Northeast Atlanta Quadrant

The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to support our growing multi-unit franchise operation across the Northeast quadrant of Atlanta. This is a full-time floating position designed for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making an impact across multiple locations.

This role will start as a full-time float across several clinics with the opportunity to transition into a dedicated home location after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $18/ hr Incentives and Performance bonuses

What Youll Do

Lead and support teams across multiple locations ensuring consistent service and operational standards
Drive sales performance while delivering excellent customer service
Support day-to-day operations including scheduling workflows and staff coordination
Coach motivate and develop front-line team members
Assist with onboarding and training to ensure team success
Act as a reliable point of support for managers and leadership

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in sales customer service and operations oversight
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently across multiple locations
Organized dependable and solution-oriented
Comfortable in a floating role with flexibility in schedule and location
Background check required
Previous management/key holder/trainer/team lead experience is required.
