Job Summary
Ansible Government Solutions LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Air Conditioning Operator (ACO) to support the Nashville VA Medical Center located at 1310 24th Avenue South Nashville TN 37212. Services will be delivered to all requesting departments throughout the facility on a range of shift you accept employment with Ansible you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities
- Operate a large multizone AC/chiller plant:
- 3000ton chillers
- 175ton reciprocating chillers
- CRAC units pumps motors cooling towers
- Chilled water and condenser water systems
- Maintain specialized environments (ORs labs BMT units MRI IT rooms)
- Perform hourly inspections and document pressures temps electrical readings
- Adjust room and system temperatures as needed
- Troubleshoot facility issues (plumbing electrical med gas nurse call etc.)
- Clean and maintain fan rooms
- Perform weekly/monthly PMs
- Maintain logbooks and conduct shift handoff meetings
- 12 months of commercial HVAC/building operations experience
- Must be capable of operating largescale chillers AHUs and hospital environmental systems
- Must respond to building system emergencies
- EPA 608 Universal certification required
- Must complete 45 days of onsite VA training before working independently
- No sponsorship available.
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit stand walk lift squat bend twist and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
