Program Overview
Allied World has an exciting opportunity for a law student looking to launch a career in the insurance industry. This summer 2026 claims internship combines experiential learning individual mentoring and training that will provide the intern with a strong foundation for a future in insurance. The position will be located in Farmington Connecticut.
The intern will have the opportunity to learn from leaders in claims about various lines of business including but not limited to employment practices liability cyber errors and omissions directors and officers general casualty medical malpractice and programs. The intern will also learn about other critical functions and departments including actuarial underwriting operations and business development.
