  • You haveinterestin working with a diverse portfolio of clients acrossAerospace Defense and Federal.

  • Experience successfully managing and handling10-12 accountssimultaneously.

  • Proventrack recordof driving professional services sales in a hunting environment relationship building anddemonstrateduse of social media in this pursuit.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andestablishtrust with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans including prospecting lead generation and deal closure.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Meetingand exceedingsales targets and KPIsdemonstratinga high levelof performance and achievement as a top-performing individual contributor.

  • Maintainingaccurateand up-to-date records of sales activities opportunities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional networkincluding withsenior executives.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelors degreefrom an accredited college or universityin business or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the consulting industry or related field/industry.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel isbased on our project and client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

Employees are eligible for medical dental and vision coverages FSA and HSA healthcare accounts life and accident insurance adoption and fertility assistance paid parental leave up to 10 weeks and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation personal needs and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
