Location:Bloomsburg Area
Schedule:MONDAY- FRIDAY 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay:$28-38/HR

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionatePrivate Duty Nurses (LPNs and RNs)to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patientsin the comfort and safety of their homes and schools. What Youll Do

Provide individualized one-on-one care topatients
Follow and document the patients plan of care
Administer medications treatments and therapies
Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
Educate and support families in caring for their loved one

What You Need

Active PA LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
