DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20 international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsburys Tesco Waitrose Ocado and M&S.

The Role:

2025 was another exciting year for DASH. We wrapped up our ninth year exceeding (quite considerably) 10m RSV in UK Grocery marking a significant milestone. Now in our tenth year weve expanded our distribution with launches into Morrisons and Asda while extending our range to ensure we have pack formats for every shopping mission. With significant growth still ahead our ambition is to scale our UK grocery business at pace over the coming years.

To help accelerate this growth were looking for a National Account Executive (Grocery) to join the team.

In this role youll manage our Ocado M&S and Co-op accounts working closely with the wider grocery team to grow distribution improve rate of sale and deliver brilliant execution. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their account management career whos looking to take on more ownership and develop their commercial skillset within a fast-growing brand.

What youll do:

Manage and support our Ocado M&S and Co-op accounts building strong day-to-day relationships with buyers and wider customer teams.

Help deliver customer plans that drive sustainable growth across distribution space promotions and activation.

Support the delivery of NPD launches and range changes ensuring great execution in store and online.

Own elements of the P&L for your accounts with responsibility for delivering agreed sales and distribution targets.

Track DASHs performance within each customer and the wider category helping to identify risks and opportunities.

Use data and insight to support sales presentations and build compelling selling stories.

Forecast accurately to support strong availability and effective supply planning.

Work closely with Brand Design and Category teams to help bring customer activations to life.



Requirements

What were looking for

This role will suit someone whos excited about DASH and keen to build a career in grocery account management. Youll be curious commercially minded and motivated by the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Youll need:

1 years experience working with UK grocery customers in a commercial or account management role.

A solid understanding of how grocery retailers operate and a desire to deepen your commercial knowledge.

Strong numerical skills and a growing confidence working with data and P&L fundamentals.

The ability to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

An organised proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Ideally some exposure to launching or supporting new products although this isnt essential.
