Job Summary

We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager (m/f/d) responsible for acquiring and engaging with potential clients presenting trade credit insurance at various events conducting on-site visits and generating interest in credit insurance among prospective customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the sales action plan processing questionnaires and preparing offers for potential clients
  • Actively identifying prospects within the assigned sales territory
  • Presenting products and services to potential clients and assisting them in selecting solutions tailored to their needs
  • Preparing regular forecasts to enable effective sales planning and developing marketing action plans
  • Leading negotiations with prospects and intermediaries through to contract signing
  • Building maintaining and strengthening close relationships with intermediaries to increase the number of potential clients
  • Monitoring new and lost clients and their satisfaction with Coface products and services
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures established by the Branch Group and external regulators

Qualifications :

Education and experience:

  • University degree (previous system) or first-cycle Bologna degree (academic or professional) in economics business or other relevant fields plus at least 3 years of relevant work experience
    OR
  • Higher professional education (previous or current system) and at least 4 years of relevant work experience

Language skills:

  • Slovene English and Serbian/Croatian at B1 level (CEFR)

Other skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Results-oriented customer-focused well-organized and collaborative

Additional requirements:

  • AZN license for insurance agency business
  • Certificate of clean criminal record upon employment
