Bramfield CE Primary Schoolare seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the team.

You will assist classroom teachers with lesson planning prepare resources provide one-on-one or small group support and observe/record developmental progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

• contributing to planning implementation and evaluation of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communication with parents and carers
• facilitating day to day caring and early learning needs
• assisting the class teacher to organise and supervise practical activities through interacting with children and supporting their learning both inside and outside
• setting up and clearing away materials and equipment ensuring equipment is safe and in a suitable condition and that areas are safe and tidy
• carrying out and keeping up to date records using an online early years assessment tool
• assisting all children with their care health and welfare which may include intimate care
• participating in preparing and helping children grow with us and to be the best they can be
• reading understanding and implementing all policies and procedures relevant to your role.
