Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and analytically-minded Product Manager SAP to join our organization in Wrocław this strategic role you will be responsible for driving the vision strategy and execution of our SAP-based product solutions. You will work cross-functionally with development teams business stakeholders and end-users to deliver innovative solutions that optimize business processes and drive organizational value. This position requires a decisive professional with deep SAP expertise and a proven track record of managing complex enterprise software products.
- Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap for SAP solutions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments to inform product development priorities
- Collaborate with development quality assurance and implementation teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements
- Conduct detailed analysis of SAP modules and business processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch including market research competitive analysis and performance metrics
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams translating complex business needs into actionable product specifications
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to assess success and inform data-driven decision-making
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance user adoption training and change management for SAP implementations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare and present product updates business cases and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications :
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems and modules (such as MM SD FI/CO HR or PM)
- Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- SAP certification or specialized SAP training
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) best practices and implementation strategies
- Background in financial acumen and business metrics analysis
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with product management software and analytics platforms
- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
