About the roles

Your main duties depending on the role and seniority level may include but are not limited to the following:

• Design and deliver CX training aligned with service standards.

• Facilitate trainings that reinforce customercentric behaviors.

• Ensure consistent CX execution across all stores.

• Partner with Operations to support CX initiatives.

• Measure training impact through feedback and performance.

• Update training materials based on business needs.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

• Fluency in EnglishB2 level or higher.

• Team orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization

• Prior experience in training in retail.
