Job Summary
Join the team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Pool Attendant ensuring a safe clean and enjoyable pool environment for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who is attentive friendly and dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces furniture and pool deck.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and enforce all pool rules and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with any questions or needs related to the pool facilities.
- Perform regular inspections of pool equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside furniture and equipment as needed.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or safety concerns around the pool area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pool attendant or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours holidays and available to work Friday Saturday and Sundays a must.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
