Location: Zacatecas Mexico (onsite)
Vacancy Type: Existing position
Schedule: Fulltime (standard business hours; flexibility during audits and compliance reviews)
As our next AI Analyst youll be at the forefront of transforming manual workflows across Customs Finance Tax and Supply Chain through advanced analytics AI models and automation. Your expertise in data science machine learning and process automation will be essential in driving efficiency compliance and digital evolution across Trade (Customs IMMEX) and Tax (VAT) operations.

What Youll Be Doing:
Process Automation & Optimization: Identify manual workflows and design AIbased automation; implement RPA integrated with Oracle ERP.
Data Integration & Reconciliation: Synchronize Oracle modules; automate CFDI/ERP/SAT reconciliations and generate accurate compliance reports.
AI & Predictive Analytics: Build models to detect anomalies and predict compliance risks; develop dashboards for proactive monitoring.
Risk Management: Create digital risk maps using SAT AI indicators focused on unusual deductions low tax rates intercompany transactions simulated operations and import/export mismatches.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Supply Chain Finance and Tax teams; remain current on emerging tech and regulations.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field; Masters preferred.
Experience with AI technologies machine learning and analytics.
Understanding of Customs Finance Tax and Supply Chain functions.
Programming skills in Python R or Java; familiarity with TensorFlow Keras or PyTorch is a plus.
Experience with visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).
Strong problemsolving abilities; able to work independently and in teams.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Handson experience with SAT IMMEX CFDI reconciliation or VAT compliance automations.
Experience mapping and automating endtoend compliance processes.
Background in Oracle ERP integrations.
