岗位重点工作职责

1培训体系战略规划与业务融合

- 战略解码与规划深入理解公司个险渠道的战略目标与业务节奏制定与之高度协同的年度培训规划与预算精准响应业务需求

- 体系化建设负责搭建并持续优化覆盖新人-主管-绩优全生命周期的分层培训体系核心包括
新人养成体系聚焦新人留存与转正通过制式化培训与衔接训练夯实基本知识与技能
主管赋能体系设计并实施主管培训课程提升其团队增员辅导管理和业绩推动的核心能力
绩优及高客经营体系为绩优队伍提供高端技能培训如财富管理税务法务助力产能突破与市场开拓
2 培训资源开发与效能管理
- 课程与讲师管理负责培训课程与教材的标准化管理本地化开发及更新迭代同时建立专业的内部讲师选拔认证培养与激励体系打造卓越讲师与组训队伍
- 数字化与创新积极推动并管理数字化创新培训工具与平台的应用通过线上学习智能陪练等方式提升培训覆盖面和效果
- 效果评估与闭环建立科学的培训效果评估机制追踪参训人员的业绩指标如KPI留存率产能变化用数据驱动培训方案的持续优化
3 培训运营与队伍赋能
- 项目落地实施领导团队高效组织与实施各类培训发展项目确保培训活动按计划落地执行给予业务线及时有力专业的培训支持
- 一线督导支持深入机构为一线队伍提供现场辅导与资源支持解决实际业务中的难点
4 合规管理与团队领导
- 合规风控确保从总部到分支机构的所有培训活动与材料符合监管规定与公司合规要求做好培训档案管理
- 团队建设领导培训团队明确分工培养团队成员专业能力营造学习型组织氛围

5 该岗位可能涉及的其他工作事项如与公司亚太区的营销培训的日常管理沟通等

岗位所需技能/能力/经验/教育背景

本科及以上学历保险金融经济管理教育或相关专业优先 15年以上寿险行业经验其中8年以上专注于个险渠道培训管理工作并具备5年以上培训团队管理经验 具有从总公司或省级分公司层面成功搭建或重塑个险培训体系的项目经验 战略思维与业务洞察力能够将复杂的业务目标转化为清晰的培训路径具备敏锐的市场洞察力 沟通与影响力拥有出色的逻辑思维语言表达和演讲技巧能有效激励和辅导不同层级的队伍 组织推动与执行力具备出色的项目管理和多任务协调能力能强力推动培训计划在各级机构落地 团队领导力能够选拔培养和激励培训团队提升整体专业战力 创新与学习能力对培训技术与发展趋势保持敏感乐于尝试新方法并具备较强的抗压能力
