Overall purpose of job:
Under the guidance of government laws and company compliance policies gain deep customer insights support KA hospital access and improve patient accessibility.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Develop and follow up on KA hospital access strategies
Manage access and safety operation processes in KA hospitals for strategic products to improve access efficiency and enhance patient accessibility
Predict policy trends related to hospital access and safety operations in advance based on national and provincial policies within thejurisdiction
Implement compliant projects and build long-term partnerships
Monitor market dynamics and expand access opportunities
Conduct KA hospital access data analysis
Facilitate cross-departmental communication and improve access processes
Team management and coaching
Project management: Manage IIACO ecosystem projects unify the ecosystem development team and strengthen collaboration with leading hospitals based on KA 2.0 strategy
Special requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in market access or KA management in the pharmaceutical industry

Job Requirements
Essential knowledge and skills:
Bachelors degree or above; masters degree preferred. MBA Public Health Clinical Medicine or Pharmacy majors are highly preferred.
At least 10 years of managerial experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies; background in business management is a plus.
Proactive able to work under pressure with strong self-awareness and high internal drive.
Strong organizational leadership skills including cross-departmental integration collaboration coordination and communication.
Excellent team leadership capabilities.
