1 相关外围设备的故障排除
2 外围设备的更换
3 材料的重复使用
4 颜色变更的执行
5 设备(碎料机 Motan)清洁
6 胶件99%填充
7 SAP-PLM (换单)
8 COMBI 2.0 (塑料箱处理)
9 车间管理系统操作
10 首件确认并送样
11设置操作机械手取流道
12 两板模/三板模和HD模具的换模
13 3D机械手操作 ( load program )
14 上级主管安排的其他工作

岗位要求
5年以上注塑生产技术相关经验
良好的自我学习能力
熟悉各大型注塑机的性能和物料原理
很强的改进意识和解决问题能力
良好的安全规则意识
