Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
Execute end-to-end P&O processes within scope of T&A maintenance of the tools tickets quota uploads shift management overtimes and other aspects of positive and time related activities. - Time & Attendance Management:
Oversee time and attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking of working hours absences and leaves. Support employees and managers in resolving related issues and ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies. Participate in T&A system roll out adoption and maintenance.
- Payroll Coordination:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing within scope of T&A. Validate payroll inputs/outputs resolve employee payroll queries and support audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to global and local P&O policies labor laws and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR). Maintain audit-ready documentation perform quality checks apply the 4-eye principle and support internal audits with timely and accurate responses.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor service delivery performance against defined KPIs (e.g. turnaround time first-time-right rate) identify root causes of SLA breaches or quality issues and implement corrective actions. Contribute to regular operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project & Initiative Participation:
Actively participate in country- or regional-level projects and initiatives as assigned by the manager contributing expertise to enhance operational processes and employee experience.
- Team Support & Knowledge Sharing:
Provide guidance and support to junior team members fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of experience in HR Operations with extensive experience within T&A scope
- Strong working knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Advanced experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP ServiceNow) and time management tools
- Excellent communication Skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong interpersonal stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization.
- Deep understanding of Operational Metrics (SLA KPI quality audits)
Languages:
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Additional languages are an advantage
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level qualifications niche skills experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes market alignment and business needs.

Pay range (monthly salary): zł/gross banding 7233 - 13433
Variable compensation:
- Annual performance-based bonus: 10%
