To help us with our mission we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.
The Opportunity
As an Assistant Development Manager you will join a small passionate and energetic team working at a fast pace to deliver the Landmark development pipeline.
The role will require you to provide support in both development and project management to our Development Managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing weekly action plans Consultant Agreements and Deliverables Matrix
- Preparing required invoicing meeting minutes PCG (Project Control Group) reporting.
- Provide support to management with budgeting deliverable matrix design standards compliance.
- Coordinate Occupation Certificate completion through the assistance of the Development Manager.
- Coordinate key components of the varying land titles including but not limited to Area Checks Procure Consent Unit Entitlements ad Subdivision Certificates.
- Working closely with other departments such are Sales and Pre-Construction.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Development Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Class 2 residential experience.
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in Property Development post-degree completion.
- Ability to support the project feasibility process with clear documentation and supporting information.
- Experience in managing external consultants and dealing with authorities.
- Strong understanding of procurement and planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge in negotiating contract commercial terms.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas of challenge or improvement to achieve business outcomes.
- Practical experience or exposure with financial modelling and business case writing.
