As a Servicing Travel Advisor Lead in Chase Travel you will play a pivotal role within our team coordinating travel logistics and resolving complex issues to ensure outstanding client experiences. - Demonstrated ability to use travel management technology tools such as GDS systems for booking ticketing and itinerary management
- Proven experience in managing client relationships with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Effective analytical thinking with the ability to systematically evaluate and resolve travel-related issues
