Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists manager in training staff on cleaning procedures cleaning solutions and products floor care project work and equipment preparation and developing staff for advancement. May train and/or direct the work of Environmental Service Techs.
- Performs general cleaning uses appropriate cleaning aids and pays close attention to detail cleaning. May operate light medium and heavy equipment and organize supply maintenance.
- Secures and controls keys; dispenses and collects keys assigned to staff and reports lost keys or and unlocks building maintenance issues to manager.
- Follows-up on customer complaints and attempts to resolve issues.
- Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years related work experience.
