What Youll Do:

Take charge of large-scale event planningmanage risk develop scopes allocate resources and track milestones.
Act as the main point of contact liaising with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain real-time project tracking document updates and integrate stakeholder feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage staffing ticketing and planning for regional summits.
Create and distribute internal communications to keep stakeholders informed.

What Were Looking For:

5 years in Project Management ideally within event planning and management.
Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with global teams.
Excellent communication skills in English (native/proficient level).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for building scalable efficient processes.
