Your Mission
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist German-speaking users with smart device connectivity hardware diagnostics and software updates.
- Product Education: Guide customers through the Smart Ecosystem helping them integrate technology into their daily lives.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product developers to share insights from the German market.
Candidate Profile
- Native/C2 German speaker.
- Essential: EU Citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- A genuine love for gadgetry and the latest tech trends.
- Friendly patient and able to explain technical steps to users of all levels.
