What Youll Do
As part of our Dutch-speaking Customer Experts team youll help customers with their new devices provide guidance solve issues and represent a brand trusted worldwide.
Your day-to-day will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via email phone or chat
Guiding customers on how to use their devices or arrange repairs
Listening actively showing empathy and maintaining a friendly tone
Focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
Collaborating with your team and leadership to improve the customer journey
Who You Are
Were not looking for a perfect CV were looking for the right mindset. If youve got great communication skills and love helping people well teach you the rest.
You speak Dutch fluently and English at a good level (B2)
Youre comfortable using tech (Windows basics shortcuts etc.)
Youre polite patient and a great listener
Youre proactive solution-oriented and eager to learn
You can multitask without losing focus
Bonus if youve worked in customer support hospitality or retail but its not required.
