About the Role
You will be part of the customer care team supporting Fitbit products. The role involves assisting customers with orders deliveries and product settings while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Requirements

Fluent Polish and good English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site in Sofia

Valid EU passport/ID or visa under consultation

Salary: 2800 BGN gross per month
