CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
GABROVO BULGARIA
FULL TIME/ ON SITE / DAY SHIFT
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via email regarding inquiries requests and case-related issues.
Processing customer orders in the system and tracking their status.
Coordinating with internal departments (Planning Logistics Production) to ensure timely deliveries.
Managing customer complaints and escalations collecting information tracking progress and closing cases.
Maintaining up-to-date information in ERP systems (SAP).
Preparing reports and analyses related to customer service activities.
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Very good command of the English language.
Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role is an advantage.
Ability to work with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good computer literacy MS Office (especially Excel).
Analytical thinking and a problemsolving mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
