Salary Range: $80000 to $90000 annually plus a percentage of the bonus pool

Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Dunn Brothers Alternative Channels reports directly to the President and works closely with the Vice President of Operations Head of Coffees Supply Chain and Director of Marketing as a key leader of the brand.

This role requires up to 20% travel to engage accounts directly. The Senior Manager oversees all current and future B2B sales channelsincluding CPG Wholesale and Foodservice Roastedand owns the growth and performance of the E-Commerce business in partnership with Marketing and Operations.

Responsibilities include managing existing and new sales accounts distribution customer service CRM systems cost of goods and gross margin performance. This role is accountable for the overall financial performance of all alternative sales channels and serves as a primary brand representative to retailers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of the company-wide strategic growth plan as a member of the leadership team
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies and growth plans for each business channel
  • Translate annual goals into a scalable five-year growth plan
  • Lead budget development for each channel including sales targets and profit margins
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Marketing Supply Chain and Coffees to ensure alignment and execution
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to drive trial repeat purchase and loyalty across all channels including e-commerce
  • Partner with internal teams to forecast roasted coffee volumes and green coffee needs on a weekly and annual basis
  • Analyze and report on spending and channel performance including detailed monthly performance reviews versus targets
  • Maintain current industry knowledge through professional publications networking best-practice research and industry groups
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies using social media and digital platforms
  • Help craft cohesive brand messaging across all channels including website ordering systems and packaging design
  • Create and deliver sales presentations for customer meetings and trade shows positioning Dunn Brothers as a preferred partner
  • Onboard new foodservice CPG and wholesale accounts partnering with the VP of Operations on non-traditional programs such as licensing and Proud to Brew
  • Evaluate and determine the strategic use of brokers distributors DSD partners and expansion opportunities

Qualifications
Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years in a sales leadership role including wholesale account management
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with sales technology and CRM software (Shopify experience preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years in CPG sales
  • Minimum of 5 years in an e-commerce leadership or ownership role
  • Food and beverage industry experience required; coffee industry experience preferred
