Job Description

• Lead commercial projects from pre-construction through turnover and closeout
• Own project financials: budgets forecasting buyout change management cost control
• Drive the master schedule milestones and trade coordination to keep work moving
• Manage subcontractors consultants and internal teams with strong accountability
• Oversee RFIs submittals change orders pay apps and closeout documentation
• Serve as a primary client contact delivering clear updates and proactive solutions
• Use Procore (or similar) to maintain clean organized project controls and reporting

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in construction project management (commercial preferred)
• Proven ownership of scope schedule budget and subcontractor performance
• Experience leading $5M projects (ideal exposure up to $25M)
• Procore experience preferred (or similar)
• Strong communication leadership and client-facing presence
• College degree preferred (not required if experience is strong)
• Local to Mansfield CT area (no relocation)
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required
