Job Summary
Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager / Project Lead (Senior Project Manager)
Location: Columbia SC (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months
Candidate Requirement: Applicants must currently reside in South Carolina or North Carolina and be willing to relocate to South Carolina prior to the start date at their own expense.

Job Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of one or more enterprise-level IT projects. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and the ability to manage projects within defined scope quality timeline and budget constraints.
The ideal candidate will operate with minimal supervision ensuring alignment with business objectives while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education certifications and relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Review project proposals to determine timelines funding staffing and execution strategies
- Define and manage project deliverables milestones and activities
- Lead and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop work plans and assign responsibilities to project personnel
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members
- Oversee external vendors and service providers as needed
- Develop and execute project communication plans
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Produce weekly status reports and present updates during portfolio reviews
- Continuously improve project management processes and performance
- Participate in PMO initiatives training and knowledge-sharing activities
Required Experience
- 6 years of experience in Project Management
- 4 years of experience managing IT or technology-related projects
Preferred Experience
- Experience leading cloud-based or cloud migration projects
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)
Required Certification
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
