LocationThis is an on-site position in Springfield MA with some flexibility for limited remote work once trust reliability and strong work habits are established.

Note

This role requires at least 1 year of litigation paralegal experience with hands-on drafting of complaints and motions along with permanent U.S. work authorization. Relocation is not offered.

Job Description

Draft litigation pleadings including complaints motions defaults and related filings
Assist attorneys with case management in state and federal courts
Communicate with courts clients and third parties regarding case status
Track deadlines court dates and litigation calendars with precision
Organize and maintain confidential client and case files
Review process and distribute incoming correspondence
Support litigation matters from intake through resolution

Qualifications

1 years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience drafting complaints and motions
Familiarity with court procedures and litigation workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Reliable detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
