Rate of Pay: 19.88 - 26.23 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity to manage the end-to-end delivery of Section 20 and Section 20B consultation processes ensuring accurate calculation and recovery of major works recharges to leaseholders. The role plays a key part in supporting high-quality customer service statutory compliance and effective financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Section 20 and Section 20B consultation processes for allocated schemes and contracts
- Calculate and issue Section 20B Notices within statutory timeframes
- Support Property Management and Managing Agent teams with Section 20-related matters
- Attend resident and stakeholder meetings relating to consultation and major works delivery
- Provide advice and information to colleagues to support responses to leaseholder solicitor and resale enquiries
- Liaise with internal teams auditors regulators and other stakeholders to ensure good practice and compliance
Essential Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of service charges and major works legislation
- Detailed understanding of Section 20 and Section 20B requirements
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation and related regulations
- Experience calculating major works costs and service charges
- Excellent customer service and complaint-handling experience
- Experience using CRM or property management systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
