Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through research outreach and networking.
- Manage client communication meetings and follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and business documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate sales data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in Business Development Sales or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work under targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
