Job Summary

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: On-site

Timings: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Generate leads through research outreach and networking.
  • Manage client communication meetings and follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and business documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate sales data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in Business Development Sales or a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition.
  • Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work under targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
