Role Overview
- Support customers via phone email and chat
- Assist with online orders deliveries and general queries
- Provide professional service in German and English
- Work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Requirements
- German proficiency: B2C2 (spoken & written)
- Good English communication skills
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience (retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends
- Basic computer skills
