What Youll Be Doing
In this role youll be the voice and heart of our travel platform:
- Communicate with travelers via phone and email ensuring a positive experience at every step.
- Provide clear accurate information on bookings rebookings and cancellations for flights hotels and rail travel.
- Think creatively to find solutions and ensure each customers journey runs smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to continuously improve service quality.
What Were Looking For
Fluency in Danish (native or C1 level)
Good command of English for daily communication and training
A flexible and adaptable mindset ready to learn and grow
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus but well teach you everything you need to know!
