Travel Consultant Danish Speaker (Latvia Remote / On-Site)
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team delivering high-quality assistance to travellers worldwide. This role is available remotely or on-site in Latvia and can be full-time or part-time (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week).
Please note: part-time hires must be available full-time during the training period.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with travel bookings itinerary changes cancellations and general inquiries
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat
- Provide clear accurate and empathetic assistance in all interactions
- Handle time-sensitive and complex travel situations in a structured manner
- Follow defined processes and guidelines to ensure service quality and consistency
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Operation runs 365 days per year
