Our client is seeking a highly organized proactive Office Manager to join their growing team on a part-time basis. In this role youll be a key presence in their San Francisco office partnering closely with the broader Office Management and People teams to create an efficient welcoming and well-run environment.

The Day-to-Day:
Oversee day-to-day office operations including systems layouts and equipment procurement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and maintenance.
Support in-office onboarding host visiting employees and assist with special events.
Provide light administrative support to select executives including scheduling correspondence and meeting coordination.
Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders.
