About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized proactive selfdirected Office Manager who takes ownership of office operations and ensures a seamless professional environment for team members clients and visitors. This individual will be the goto resource for internal teams and will support the administrative HR and operational needs of a fastgrowing construction organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday office operations to ensure a smooth efficient and professional work environment.
  • Oversee conference room scheduling office communications mail shipping and general suite needs.
  • Professionally respond to general voicemails and answer incoming calls.
  • Approve and manage office bills (Comcast phone services postage).
  • Maintain proactive communication and ensure followup on outstanding tasks.
  • Track and manage company apparel inventory.
  • Manage travel accommodation for our travel team members.
  • Manage and monitor fleet management.
  • Assist with accounting tasks and coordination with thirdparty providers when needed.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies equipment and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee general office maintenance repairs HVAC issues and communication with building management.
  • Support company initiatives recurring meetings and culturebuilding events.
  • Uphold company standards for organization professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of administrative and office management required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and make it happen attitude.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and problemsolving mindset; able to support a rapidly growing organization.
  • Tech-savvy including experience with travel booking and expense reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
