Infosys is seeking an experienced OracleSCM EBS Senior Consultantwith deep expertise in Order Management Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules within Oracle Applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional analysis skills hands-on Oracle AIM documentation experience production support capabilities and a proven track record of working with global teams in onshoreoffshore delivery models. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders development teams and UAT teams to drive successful delivery of enhancements issue resolutions and releases.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Location for this position is San Jose CA.This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with business operations teams to understand process gaps enhancements and solution needs.

• Perform end-to-end gap analysis process mapping and propose functional solutions aligned to business objectives.

• Prepare detailed Oracle AIM deliverables including BR100 MD50 MD70 and other Oracle AIM deliverables.

• Define acceptance criteria business rules and ensure solution traceability from design through deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Functional Analysis Requirements Management Solution Delivery and Change & Release Management

• Experience in Production Support & Incident Management is a plus

• Experience with SRS Oracle Service Requests ticketing tools defect triage tools and release management workflows.

• Familiarity with database objects custom programs and SQL (based on resumes techno-functional exposure)

• Prepare and present operational performance metrics incident trends release updates and key functional insights during partner meetings and business reviews.

• Support data migration efforts including mapping cleansing validation controlled loads and reconciliation for Oracle EBS modules.

• Coordinate onshoreoffshore teams for design development testing documentation and production deployment

• Provide comprehensive support for UAT including scenario review test case validation defect triage and test closure

• Provide day-to-day production support across priority levelsensuring adherence to SLA-driven incident and problem management.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional designs.

• Monitor scheduled batches/jobs triage failures and take corrective actions to ensure system stability.
