Overview:
We are looking to jumpstart our apprenticeship programme and are inviting interested individuals to join the company as our Support Technician Apprentice - Level 3. The apprentice will be trained to provide quality support to internal or external customers and troubleshoot system issues to keep your organisation running at all times.
With technology support troubleshooting and administration at its heart a Cloud Bridge Digital Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship is anything but standard. As well as developing technical skills using a range of core technologies and platforms apprentices learn to weave together the ability to diagnose problems report issues and communicate solutions to drive business technology forward.

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
