Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to sell Ajaxs newly launched EN54 line for commercial fire applications in North/ West/ South India.
- Identify evaluate and onboard new Fire Installers across the region ensuring coverage in key markets and verticals.
- Align with Consultants Architects Design companies in specifying ajaxs products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze market data to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly and annual basis.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry in the North/ West/ South regions of India.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm certifications standards and market requirements.
- Well connected with top fire alarm Installers Consultants Architects and Design companies.
- Proven track record in leading the entire sales process from identifying new business opportunities developing proposals and presentations negotiating and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers partners and industry experts at an executive level.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
