Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all modes of outbound transport across Australia & New Zealand
• Direct accountability for service performance from distribution to stores
• Manage the outbound transport budget and drive cost optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport carriers ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility and safety standards
• Collaborate with state logistics managers and internal stakeholders to improve processes and operational performance
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are upheld in all outbound transport activities
