Field Service (Forklift) Mechanic Technician

Toyota Material Handling Australia are looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-driven Field Service Technicians/Motor Mechanics across our branch network including in our Perth Adelaide Melbourne Tasmania Sydney and Brisbane Branches. These are permanent full time positions.

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance services including planned maintenance repairs and modifications at the Customers site and in accordance with the Customers requirements and within the Companys guidelines and procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner.
• Maintaining professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of job sheets timesheets and any other administrative components.

Qualifications Requirements & Skills:

• Current Drivers licence.
• Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic Heavy Vehicle Plant Diesel Mechanic).
• Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry.

• Good diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Well-developed mechanical aptitude.
• Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

In this role you will be covered under the Toyota Material Handling Australia Enterprise Agreement 2024.

Base rates of pay (not including OT and incentives) start at $33.10 per hr to $44.11 per hr.
